CFCU Baptist Theological Seminary’s Master of Arts in Christian Ministry program is designed to meet the growing need of ministry leaders in churches across the country seeking specialized training in the area of Christian discipleship. Courses provide students with a strong understanding of biblical leadership principles and strategies specific to small group settings to train up disciples within their local churches. This program is well-suited for associate pastors, discipleship pastors, small group pastors, and Christian education pastors.
